I started studying massage and natural health over two decades ago. Since then I have built up a busy massage practice, written a book, produced a DVD, lectured all over the country and have pursued a lot of higher education. I have written over four dozen health and wellness articles, appeared on 55+ radio shows and have released my first health book, The Alternative Medicine Cabinet which was just selected as a Finalist for the IndyExcellence Awards.

I am the owner of Healing Circle Massage, a medical massage practice in Santa Barbara, CA. I have earned my PhD in Natural Health and my ND as a traditional Naturopath and studied at Harvard Medical School and the NIH.
